Discharge planning prerequisites

Before you can start planning a vessel's discharge, make sure that you:

• Set up the vessel service (N4 client Configuration Carriers Carrier Services Carrier Services view Carrier Service form)

• Set up the vessel visit (N4 client Operations Vessel Vessel Visits Vessel Visits view Vessel Visit form)

• Imported the inbound stowage data through the N4 client:

• By loading an inbound EDI message in BAPLIE or STIF format (N4 client Operations Vessel EDI Load)

• By entering data manually (N4 client Operations Vessel Vessel Stow Plan)
